Could you kindly have a look for the Sherwood family in Lympne, Kent. Specifically for John Sherwood born circa 1790 and his marriage, also the birth of his son Francis Giles Sherwood, probably around 1821-1823. Many thanks.

I wonder if you could find Henry Norman born Holton in Somerset 1835. Although his father was definitely James the IGI gives Harriet as mother but on the 1851 census it's Jane. Just wondering! Also haven't been able to find a marriage for James and Harriet or Jane. Many thanks for such a kind offer.

Hi Penny, Please look for William John Lindon, born about 1858, father John. I've no idea where either was born except that William John married in Liverpool in 1882. A lot of Lindons or Lindens or McLindons came from Ireland. Many thanks, Lilian

Hi, I wondered if you could help me. I have been brick walled with James Shaw, born c1842, in 1881 census born in Lattwood, Worcester, although I know there is no such place, maybe Ladywood. In 1891 census it says born, Tipton and in 1901 it says Stafford, Dudley. I would love to get his birth certificate. There just seems to be so many James Shaws. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Samuel Stoneley born c 1832, (father John)he married Jane Hayhurst c1835( father Francis) in Manchester Cathederal in 1856.Dont know where either was born presume Manchester,although family always thought Stoneleys came from Yorkshire,Stoneley surname often spelt with one or both e s missing.Cant find anything other than this marriage entry for either Jane or Samuel,so would be delighted with any info. Hi Penny, If possible could you please do a look up for me. Its a marriage between, JAMES BROWNLOW and MARY HARDMAN. The marriage I think took place in Bolton Lancashire, I think it is sometime in 1836_1840. I hope this isnt to many yrs for you to look through, but I cant find them on the LSD or FreeBMD. It could have been earlier than 1836, but I dont think its any later than 1840 is almost certainly earlier rather than later. Many thanks, Maggie
