Find Ancestors

I am trying to find details of William's parents. William's dob 1807, pob Wansford, Yorkshire. He was a seed merchant and lived at Field House, East Parade, in Hull.. I have details of him in the 1861,1871,1881 census and his dod 1885. His first marriage was to Prudence Wing in 1829 ,Sculcoates and his 2nd marriage was to Mary Johnson. He had 7 children with his 1st wife and 8 with the 2nd wife. Has anyone any ideas on how to find information about Williams's parents?
