Trying to find Gemmel

I am looking for a Peter Gemmell, married (I think ) to Annabella Tannochill, who died before April 1664. Also for David Gemmel who purchased the Horsehill Estate in Ayrshire in 1644 and who died before November 30th 1692. Another Gemmel, John Gemmel 'vanished to Barbadoes in 1685'. And, Peter Gemmel, who was shot by a troop of Dragoons (no date). Then also, David Gemmel, married to Agnes Cumming, Peter Gemmel, married to Margaret Brown (widow of William Wyllie of Darwhilling). They had a daughter Margaret Gemmel of Horsehill, who married (I think) JamesDickie. No dates but around 1720 maybe. |
