CHARLES JAMES WORSLEY b 1.1.1828 Fulham England came to Australia/New Zealand abt 1850. Married Letitia Scott (native of Tasmania) in Richmond Victoria 1853. Moved to MARYBOROUGH, VICTORIA where the following children were born: Sophese Worsley, Charles Worsley (both died young), CHARLES HAMILTON WORSLEY b 1857, Francis Edward Worsley b1865, Frederick William Worsley b 1866, Walter James Worsley b 1870 (died aged 1), Ada Maud Worsley b 1876 and Edmund Annesley Worsley b 1878. Would appreciate help finding the English ancestors before they came to Australia. Rumours relate to the Hovingham Hall Worsleys in York England. Would love to hear from relatives of the Worsleys or Letitia Scott (Father was Peter Scott, mother Sarah Bullock 1817-1841). Would love to hear from any Worsley's or their decendents from Maryborough, Geelong and Richmond Victoria. Charles James Worsley died 1892.

No way to be sure re James Worsley being the same as Charles James Worsley as yet.
