Can I add someone else’s item to my Keepsafe?
Yes, you can. If you see something you’d like to keep in the search results, click on it to view it in full. You’ll see the option to ‘Keep’ it. When you do this it is added to the Shared Media folder in your Keepsafe. You can move it to other folders, attach it to relations and add your own private notes.
If the image is shown as blurred it means that the other person has kept the image private. You can send them a message asking to view it. Once you have permission to view an item then you can add it to your own Keepsafe and attach it to records.
