I have multiple registrations with my email address, do I need to do anything?
Don't worry, you don't need to do a thing and there is no need to change your email address. However, if you share the email address with a partner, friend or other family member, you might want to all use different email address.
When you sign in to the site you can now view a list of all memberships that you have listed on Genes Reunited with your email address.
From the first time that you login, you will then just have one password which you can use to access each of your memberships.
You just choose which one of the memberships you want to use on that visit by clicking on the ‘sign in’ button next to the appropriate name.
To change between your accounts you just need to click on the sign out link at the top right of the page, then go back to the sign in page and login again, selecting another membership from your list of available memberships on the sign in screen.
If you want to change the email address for one of the accounts, you need to sign in to that registration and then go to the My Account page and update the email address and password.
