Why can't I create another membership with my email address?

We have changed the way we store your details in order to ensure that they are saved securely and safely. These changes include the encryption of your password which means that we have encoded your information in such a way that, should hackers ever try to access our database, they would be unable to read it.

As we no longer hold a visible record of your password, we are only allowing one new registration per email address.

If you already have multiple accounts registered with one email address, you will see that list of accounts each time that you login to Genes Reunited. You will have one password for all of the accounts and you just choose which membership you want to enter Genes Reunited under each time that you login.

If you had not realised that you had multiple memberships and you don’t need them, please just contact our Customer Support Team and let us know which membership name you wish to keep, we will be happy to remove the unwanted memberships for you.
