Top tip - Passenger List Records

We have Passenger List Records for departures from the UK from 1890 to 1960

  • You can search the lists of passengers travelling to countries such as the USA, Canada, India, West Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
  • The ships sometimes stopped en route to their final destination. Our records include anyone who disembarked at these additional stops.
  • We have lists of departures from all UK and Irish destinations – England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland (up to 1921) and then Northern Ireland after 1921.
  • The information usually included in the Passenger Lists includes name, age and occupation. After 1922 you also see a UK address for each passenger.
