1901 census 16 Brunswick St., Middlesbrough Tom Stainsby, head, 31, general labourer, born Durham, Bishop Auckland Sarah, wife, 24, born, Middlesbrough Tom, son, 7, born " Albert, son, 2, born " Sarah, dau, 2, born " Arthur L., son, 6 months, born "
I think it's so sad to make note of a child on the census knowing that child is going to die in a few months.

Hi margaret.
I have been looking at my tree because Brunswick street rings a bell.
Tom & Sarah Stainsby lived at 16 brunswick st in 1901.
Sarah`s sister Hannah & hubby william Honeyman lived in 1901 at 6 brusnswick street. they then moved to 4 brunsick st in 1911
I don`t know if that helps.

LOL Ann - I nearly gave up too!! I tried all sorts of combinations. In the end I found them, by just entering the son's name of Arthur, and his year of birth, and place of birth. Then scrolling down all the surnames looking for something remotely like Stainsby.
Linda - have sent you a pm.
