Member Since: March 2008 Posts: 59 Send Message	i am trying to find a william allens birth he was born approx 1889 in torquay devon , i have found him on 1891 census and 1901 cencus living in buckfastleigh devon with a family called stephens who i know brought him up dont thik they adopted him, but i do know he took thee name later can anybdy help please
