ALLEN I am looking for more information on my grandmothers family her name was Jennie Allen, she was born in merthyr tydfyl in 1895 she married Bertram Farley in 1911. She had a sister kathryn or katherine who married Reece Jenkins .In the 1901 census she is named as Jenny Allin (took me months to find it) her father as James Allen born 1873 in cornwall her mother was Elizabeth Pickford born 1874 in Merthyr her grandmother is also named in the census as Mary Ann Pickford born 1836 in Somerset. Also a brother was named as David born Merthyr 1897.I would love to know more about this branch of my family |
