Stanley Barret Allen born 1895 in Wisbech Cambridgeshire I am trying to find more details about my grandfather Stanley Barret Allen. His parents were Herbert Allen and Ada nee Shergold. He married Olive Howard in about 1915 and their only child was my father Graham Allen born 23rd May 1916. Stanley left my Grandmother when my father was very young - c. 5 or 6 years old. He is bound to have died by now but not knowing the year of his death it is a very long job to search the death certificate indices. Can anyone help? He trained as a Chemist's Assistant. I know no more about him that that. |
