Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 3 Send Message	Hi there, I am trying to find a Richard Allen, who maybe lives in Portsmouth. he would be in his late 30's, early 40's. i am his half sister, and would love to get in contact with him, although i'm not sure if he knows i exist. any help from anyone would be wonderful, as its very important to me.
