Trying to find Allen

Hi - I am trying to locate a John George Allen who I believe was born around 1920 (plus or minus a few years). I believe that he may have once worked as a chef and that in the late 1940s/early 1950s he was working at a hotel in the Richmond, Surrey area. It is also just possible that he was known by some as 'George', or even 'Big George' Having said that, although he is known to have been living in the Surrey area at some stage, his family could have come from anywhere in the country. Does this ring any bells with anyone? I would really love to solve this one and would greatly appreciate any help in trying to find John/George, or members of his immediate family. Patrick |
