Find Ancestors

hi all im looking for colin wallace anderson born 05/12/1923 lochgelly fife scotland,, he was in the royal navy untill he was invalided out 27/12/1944 address given on discharge from navy 1,lyne sandl*s crookhill , ryton-on-lyne this address dosn't seem to exist any more, could anyone tell me where it was located,, colin has been missing from our family for nearly 60 years, last time he was seen by any member of his family was 1947 in newcastle upon tyne, when he went to visit his parent's & younger brother & sister just before they emigrated to canada,,, colin could have been known by the name of tony,, from what i have been told this is what a lot of family & friends called him,, we realise that over the last 60 years that my grandad no doubt has another family,, we mean no harm to any family he has, we would love to unite the family's, his daughter my mum daisy anderson, & his sister andrewena, are desperate to find him they have both been searching for him independently for so long,,, i found andrewena in canada nov 04,,my mum daisy & andrewena are now re-united,,, andrewena thought he was here in england maybe with us,,, we have always thought he had followed them to canada,,,,,sadly because it has been so long, he could be anywhere, please please if any one out there has any info on my grandad,, please get intouch,,, i have a photo of my grandad taken when he was in the navy, so this could be compared, as you can imagine my mum & his sister have great big holes in there heart's & lives,,, can anybody out there help to make them whole again,, we also realise that my grandad would be 83 this dec, there is a chance that he has passed away, even this info would help them, so that they could lay flowers etc, giving them some peace of mind that he has been found,, and ending a search of nearly 50 years,,, again please get intouch any help info tips on where else to look would be great, thanks for reading my letter, take care tina, daisy & andrewena
