Hi, My Great Uncle was: Private John William ATKINSON Born 1898. Service Number: 15901, 18th Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers who died on 16 April 1917 aged 19 years at France & Flanders. Son of Mrs. M. A. Atkinson, of 59, Dorning St., Swinton, Manchester, Lancashire. Remembered with honour: Buried at: CHAPELLE BRITISH CEMETERY, HOLNON FRANCE.He was entitled to the General Service & Victory Medals. ANYONE who has information PLEASE contact me. Thank you
