Find Ancestors

Trying to find parents of George Richard Baker born 1842 in Ansford he married Louisa Chamberlain and had 5 children mostly from Bruton and Ansford cannot find Richard in census until 1852. I would like to find his parents and maybe go back further. Bruton seem the most likely area can anyone help please

Yes this is the family i have found them in the 1881 census
this family is my mother in laws. We are going to Somerset today to check out graves(from wales) George Richard Baker had moved to Wales in the 1911 census when he died he was taken back to Ilchester to be buried in St Marys plot 400.I am trying to find his great grand father as i think he came from Bruton or Ansford where his father came from. Any help would be appreciated. i will have my lap top with me many tahnks
