WALTER BAKER WHO MARRIED JOYCE PHIPPS. two children: MIRANDA (known as Candy) and KIMBERLEY. My father lost his father (JOHN BAKER - brother of WALTER) at a very young age so we have very little information on this side of the family. Would love anyone with a connection to contact me.
