Trying to find Baker

I am trying to trace my grandad, and his family. Name Thomas Baker, born 23.7.1889 in Birmingham. His mother was called Emma, and his father, also Thomas Baker. To my knowledge he had a sister - Nellie Baker (married name Wills), and she ran a flower shop in Summer Lane, Birmingham, up to the late 1950's. He also had at least two brothers - Joseph, or Joe, as he was known, plus another brother, who I do not know the name. At some point, perhaps in the 1930's/40's one of the brothers lived in Alrewas, Staffs. Unfortunately, I cannot find any trace of any of the family on any census, bmd list - in fact there seems to be no trace at all. Hope someone can help me - Many thanks. Julie |
