I am trying to create the family tree from my father's side. My father's name is GEORGE WILLIAM BAKER, born Penge, London, 1914. he worked as a SPECTACLE FRAME MAKER his father's name was ARTHUR ERNEST BAKER (believe he worked for the London County Council as a foreman) and and i believe my dad's mother first name was ROSE. I believe they were a large family (maybe 11 in all ). some of my dad's siblings names were possibly DOT, REG, EDIE, BEATRICE, TOM. My father's mother as the story goes was descendant from CANADIAN RED INDIAN, or some other RED INDIAN area. It is this part that I really want to follow. My dad GEORGE WILLIAM BAKER married ELLEN LOUISE GOODING from Perivale. They had two children JUNE BAKER and myself JOSEPHINE LESLEY BAKER. It would be great to hear of anyone who may know something of the BAKER family referred to above. Thanks |
