Information wanted please on Elsie Baker. Middle name possibly Olive. She was born on 13th October 1907 and was brought up in a children's home: St Mary's Home, Oakwood Avenue, Beckenham, Kent. She was also in a home in Whitstable, Kent and spoke of a Father Babastock, Holycross Church. She also spoke of brothers William, Charles, who were sent to Dr Barnados. Also a sister Grace possibly born in 1901. We think William and Charles were eventually sent to Canada. Any information would be appreciated. |
