Had an update which may jog someone's memory. Hope you can help. It is rather sketchy but here goes. Dennis William Baker born 15.06.1917 Fulham, London, died 23.02 2002 Carshalton, Surrey married to Hilda Mary Newnham born 14.10.1919 Mortlake, Surrey, died 14.04.1972 Hammersmith, London. They had 3 children, Margaret Irene born 1.2.1946 Kegworth, Malcolm Rodney born 1948 and John Martin born 21.10.50, both in Parsons Green, London. Dennis had two brothers, Jack and Fred. Jack worked in Fleet St and married Mary, had two sons Ken and Paul, they lived either in Hayes or Staines, Middlx. Mary passed away around the late 1970's and Jack remarried some years later a lady called Jean. She and Ken may still live in the family home. Paul was a police officer with the Met Police and married around 1974 a nurse called Liz. They divorced and Paul went to the USA (we think). The other brother Fred we believe is still alive and lives in Yorkshire. Do not know if he married. We have a Bob and Geraldine who are related in some way to Fred, but not sure what the connection is. Geraldine passed away about 5 years ago. Their father was William Baker born 07.03.1884 Fulham, London. He married Catherine Connors born 29.01.1891. We have been able to verify most of the info we had with a lovely lady called Ethel, who helped add to the Connors connection. Their Grandfather was William Baker, a scaffolder but no other info known and he married Sarah Chandler again we have drawn a blank. Tks for taking the time to read this.
