Looking for the Baker's who moved to Liverpool area from Somerset. Benjamin born 1850 in Blagdon married twice. 1st wife think also called Mary,born around 1853 from Bedford. 2nd wife Mary Stott, Children:Benjamin b 1877,Stanley and one other. One family killed in WW2, found Benjamin & sons death on CWGC site, Benjamin died 4/5/1941, his son Stanley injured the same day but died 4 days later on 8/5/1941.Family says wife died also but can find no trace of her death.She was called Alice Jane. Benjamin elder (1850) was to do with the railways, and retired back in Blagdon.His sons were to do with the Boys Brigade. |
