I AM SEEKING ANY INFORMATION ON THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE. LOUIS ARTHUR BAKER (MY FATHER). (BELIEVED TO BE KNOWN AS ARTHUR BAKER) BORN 20 - 1 - 1944. IN THE DISTRICT OF WEST BROMWICH, WEST MIDLANDS. DIED 11 - 4 - 1970. HIS FATHERS NAME WAS JAMES ARTHUR BAKER. ALSO SYLVIA MAUREEN BAKER (NEE LOWTHER) (MY MOTHER) BORN 16 - 11 - 1947 IN THE DISTRICT OF WEST BROMWICH, WEST MIDLANDS. DIED 13 - 1 - 1977. MY PARENTS MARRIED ON 2 - 3 - 1968 AT WEST BROMWICH REGISTRY OFFICE WITH TWO WITNESSES J. RICHARDS AND F. PENN. TWO MONTHS BEFORE I WAS BORN.
