Looks like this one as Agnes Bell's marriage cert lists Andrew Bell and Agnes Bell (Cunnigham) as parents - now I'm really stuck as cannot find any reference to Agnes Cunningham marrying Andrew Bell
have tried the scotlandspeople site and hit my dead end

Could be Andrew Bell may have died between the 1851 and 1861 census as he is missing in 1861.
No sign of a death for an Andrew Bell between 1855 and 1861 on Scotlandspeople. Assuming he died in the County of Renfrew.
If he died, safe to say it was between 1851 and 1855.

Just for reference:
The ages are a bit out, but there is a slight possibilty this may be Andrew and Agnes Bell in 1841. (ages in 1841 were supposed to be rounded down 5yrs) Parish of Neilston .. same as the 1851 census and Andrew's occupation of Shoemaker matches the 1851 census.
