M.White. I am looking for any descendants of a Joseph Bell born around 1882 in Aikton, Cunberland. His mothers name was Jane Bell and he was known to have been brought up by his aunt and uncle Hannah and Richard Dalton in Aikton.I now know that he married and had grandchildren all thought to be living in Cumbria. Joseph had a younger brother called John Henry Bell who was born in Whitby on the Wirrel in Cheshire in 1887 and was also brought up by Hannah and Richard Dalton. It is known that both brothers fought in the 1914/18 war and that John Henry never married. I would love to make contact with any living descendants. |
