Trying to find Bell

Hi, My g.g.grandmother was Catherine (aka Kate) Bell, born around March quarter 1852 in Frankfurt, Germany. She and her brother Jack (aka John) were born to George and Catherine Bell - all of them from Frankfurt. The family probably came to this country between 1852 and 1861, as the latter date is when they first appear on the UK Census, in Great Driffield in Yorkshire. Kate was the only one to become a Naturalised British Subject and after marrying James Allen at Dalton Holme, Yorkshire in 1872, the family lived in Huggate on the Yorkshire Wolds where their children were born and grew up. Would love to hear from any descendants of Kate and James or find out what their German Surnames may have been, as I believe that Bell was merely the Anglicised version of that name. Thanks. Andrew Hilton.
