Hi,

I'm trying to find the marriage of Sydney Bennett who was born in Birkenhead in 1909. His wife's name was Renee...unfortunately I don't have a surname for her. Sydney (known as Sonny to the family) was the son of Thomas & Sarah Bennett ( Sarah nee Edwards).

If anyone can help with this query, I shall be very grateful.

Do you know roughly when he may have married? and where?

Did they have children? when was the first born?

Hi Smurf,

I can't be certain where or when he was married. I would have thought the Birkenhead area about the 1930's. One address I was given by a cousin for the family was 5 Ratcliffe Road, Birkenhead.

There was a son born to Sonny & Renee Bennett...He was known as Ronnie, which could have been Ronald.

He had a sister Agnes Beatrice Bennett born 16th.April 1911 who was my aunt by marriage.
I notice that she was living at 5 Shirlhall Park,Hendon at the time she was marr. in 1933.
I wonder if the Bennett family all moved to that area !!

I'm sorry that I am so vague with my answers.
