There is a John Bennett born 188 Fulham on the 1891 census but he's living with his uncle and aunt John and Elizabeth Thomas.

I think the same guy in 1901 appears to be at a Naval Training School in Essex

I think you may very well have to buy the marriage certificate as we can't reliably link him to any parents in the census.

This is just a guess and a bit of a game for me but i'd love to know if this turns out to be thier Mother?
