trying to find the wife on John Bennett (1818, Bramhall Cheshire, UK) Possible first name of Maria.

The must of married sometime before 1842 and had these children:

Samuel c1842 in Manchester
Hannah c1845 in Bramhall Cheshire
Issac 1846 in Bramhall
Eliza 1850 in Bramhall &
John 1858 also in Bramhall.

Any help appriciated

Trevor, nobody's sure, and you aren't going to have anything come up as "definite" without definite evidence: which is found only in certificates.

You have to do something like order the birth certificate for that Isaac and see whether the father's info on it matches your John Bennett. If not, it's back to the drawing board. It's what we all have to do!
