I am trying to trace my ancestors but I have hit a brick wall. My G Grandfather, Henry Pillinger Mable married Janet Sophia White in 1876 in Warwick, Queensland, AUSTRALIA. They had two Children Henry William (1877) and George Charles (1880), in 1883 George Charles died, on his Death Certificate his name is George Charles BENNETT. Janet Sophia had three other children by different fathers, it seems that my G Grandfather was not around long after she fell pregnant with George Charles. On all other Certificates after this, Henry Pillinger Mable's name is Henry William BENNETT. On his Marriage Certificate, his father is named John Mable and his mother Mary Ann Salmonnie, he was born in Oxford, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND Rumour has he went back to England to a wife he left behind. |
