Hi, i am trying to find anything about a lizzie bolton who was my nannas mother. When my nanna was born her birth cert said she was born near Nellies Pub in Beverley in East Yorkshire and father unkown. Later my nanna was at an address in Scarborough when she married my grandad, Arthur Dodsworth.

Does the certificate actually say "near Nellies Pub" or does it give an actual street name?

Hi Everyone,My nanna was born on the 7 th March 1895 at 16 Beeton Terrace,Holderness road Hull. Her mother Lizzie Bolton a domestic servant was in residence at Hengate (street) in Beverley.

My nanna (KATE) was married at All Saints Church in Scarborough to my grandad Arthur on the 25th Dec 1913. She was aged 18 and her address looks like it says 17 Westsquare, Scarborough.Witnesses were Robert Berryman,Florence Berryman,John Berryman.
