hi there,
can anyone tell me why i cant find a birth certificate for my g granfather myron lester boyd, we been told he emigrated from canada,he was born in 1890-1893 and definatly died in 1938 in wales. I really need his birth cert to confirm our family tree back to 1801. i have his marriage cert and myron got married in march 1915,monmouthshire,cardiff. but cant seem to find his birth cert anywhere.
any suggestions on how i can obtain it, any input will be truely appreciated as ive been looking for weeks with no luck.

yeah it was definatly lester, were 99% sure he was born in canada, i just cant seem to find him anywhere! is there a reason for that i mean do some birth certs get lost or not registered?
