PLEASE HELP!! I am looking for information about JOHN BOYD, born somewhere in Ireland October 12, 1828, I believe his mother's name may have been Sarah. I first found him on the 1851 census in Hastings County, Ontario, Canada living with John Coulter and listed as a servant. He bought part of the Coulter property and lived there until he died in 1883. Sarah came to Canada sometime before the 1881 census was taken where she was listed as living with John Coulter. She died in 1890 - my grandfather [possibly Sarah's grandson] John Nelson Boyd signed her death registration. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
