I am searching for the family of Edward Joseph Boyd born 1865-6 , I cannot find a record of his birth, on the census returns, he is recorded in various places, have not been able to find the exact one. He was married in 1888 in Liverpool to Sarah Jane Slaven, soon after he moved to Manchester where five of his six sons were born, he then moved to Bradford, and had one more son my father, he died in Bradford in 1938. I hope someone canhelp me find Edward Joseph as I have been serching for twenty years

I recently visited the sperrin mountains and visited the craigbane (northern Ireland near Learmount and Claudy) cemetary to look up some of my ancesters who are connected to the Boyds and I recognise the name Slaven the name is also connected to my (McKelvie/vey name) could not swear to it being connected to yours however it was a name I saw whilst touring the cemetaries in that area. If you show me you tree I will let you now if I find out any more as I have lots of records. Regards Sharon
