Olwen LOOKING FOR BOYD Hi My Grandmother was a Boyd from the Alabana,BallyClaire area,born in the late 1800's.I am trying to work on that side of my tree,unsuccessfully.My Grandmother married a Robert James Kennedy from Antrim in Belfast.Other Boyd Members were My Great grandfather John Boyd,who was a farmer his children were Annie,who died in her 20's never married, Charles,who married and had children. David,known as Davy, married,I believe his children were called Cecil and Ronnie. Agnes,Married a Kennedy(no relation to my Grandad Elizabeth married a Brown Robert,known as Bob married and had children Mary married a Bond James known as Jimmy.married Jinny? Harry was the youngest,married and had children Thomas,known as Tommy married had children Sarah Jane,married Robert James Kennedy(My grandparents) My Grandparents lived in the Newlodge Road and after marriage so did the Bonds and Browns for a while Be so glad to find some connections to any of these Boyds.I believe they were cousins to the Lusks.One Boyd family moved to the USA where they bought a farm Any help out there would be appreciated Thanks Olwen
