Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	Trying to locate details on my GF William John Boyd born 1882 in Dublin. Known to have had 2 brothers Tom & Sam. One of the brothers lost a son-in-law in the 1953 Princess Victoria ferry disaster. I have been told that my GF was forced to leave his homeland to avoid poverty. He joined the British army in England around 1900 and went on to marry in 1916 to Bertha Campbell & have a family. Although , I have had great success in researching most of my family tree, this branch of the family is proving difficult - can anyone help? Regards Richard Boyd
