My G Grandfather Henry (Harry) Harris(Harries) was born in Poland 1849 a br subject he married Mary Jane Brewer from St Athans Glamorgan they had six known children Thomas ,Rosa ,George,James,Alfred&Joseph. they are shown as living in Cairn st Cardiff in the 1881 census but nothing is shown of the parents Henry or Mary in the 1891 census ,the only ones of the family are my Grandfather Thomas &James who are shown to be in The Ely Industrial School a type of Barnados home that was situated in Cardiff at the age of nine and ten , does any one have a connection with Henry or Mary Harris please ,thank you Jim Lewis |
