I checked the 1861 census and Issac (with parents Joseph and Ann) is still with them but the Isaac who is the son of William and Mary is visiting a family called Turner and he states his birthplace as Littlethorpe so this one is more likely to be yours

Thanks to all who have replied to my request, especially Seaham Lass you have confirmed my thoughts.. I didn 't have the confidence to put William and Mary in but with everyone else kindly looking for me and finding only two Isaac's, I can now continue with my tree. As you may have guessed I have not been doing the tree building for long.
