Arthur Brown (b.c1891)

Hello,
I'm trying to find an Arthur John Brown. I believe he was born in Kent, maybe in Whitstable, maybe somewhere else. He married a Zella Beatrice Pidduck in 1912 in Whitstable, Kent and they had 3 children called Doris Zella Carr Brown (b.1915 -d.2003), Donald Brown (b.c1917) and Eric Brown (b.c1919). Zella and their 3 children were all born in Whitstable.
I don't know the year that Arthur was born.
If anyone has any information about Arthur or Donald and Eric, please answer this.
