help needed please, trying to find keith brown(birth name) adopted as a child from falmouth cornwall.
born in treliske hospital to a miss tina brown (richards). very little known of him except his grandmother was a margaret richards, and sisters are margaret richards and charmaine brown.his sisters would dearly love to find him.
it is believed he was adopted by a family in devon. any information greatly appreciated

Since the change in the Law in 2005 Birth Relatives can now request a regulated Intermediary Service.

The courts and the Registrar General now have to give the information they hold relating to an Adoption to the Intermediary Agency.

After Adoption is one of these
