Brown family of Morcambe, Lancashire. 1920's to 1930's The family of Albert Walter Brown and Eleanor Brown nee Banister returned to England from South Africa and settled in Morcambe, after the death of Albert Walter in Cape Town in 1922. the family consisted of:- William Cyril born 1893 in Barrow-in-Furness, died 8-2-1933 in Morcambe there was also a wife Florence listed at the time of death. Ernest born 1894 in Bolton, Lancashire. Norman born 1899 in Bolton, Lancashire. Sidney born 1909 but where ?? South Africa ??, he married Edith Annie Blackburn on the 27th. February 1932 at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Morcambe. As all these four men are cousins of my father and I also have a few photographes of them together in South Africa I cannot understand how they lost touch, can any body please help. |
