Hi, Im looking for information on my Great Great Grandparents James and Sarah Brown - Sarah's maiden name was Liggins. I know that they had at least 4 children May, Elizabeth, James (my Great Grandfather) and another son. Both James and Sarah would have been born around 1870 possibly in London. At the time of my GGrandfather's (James) birth in 1892, I have an address in Holselydown, London (from his Birth Certificate). I also know that James Senior was a Tea Cooper - which i have been told was possibly at the London docks as other information I have seen says he was a Dock Labourer. Both Elizabeth and James (Junior) moved to the Whitstable area. May I believe moved to Leigh-on-Sea, while the other brother died aged 17 in the army during WW1. Thanks Stephen |
