Trying to find my grandparents:- the parents of Valentine;- Eliza Brown(nee Jones) & James Brown. Valentine was b.14.02.1905 in Kidderminster Workhouse Infirmary (not as an Inmate) and was fostered at about 3 yrs old to a family named Tyers from Kidderminster. I have info on Tyers family who moved to Birmingham c.1920's who Valentine lived with until his marriage to Laura Eade on 26.12.1927. |

Hi Anne thanks for the info on Valentine Brown. I have the info already re 1911 Census and also a fairly good history on the adoptive family Tyers. There is an error on the Census form with Valentine shown as F when he is obviously M, a point I admit to having not noticed before ! |
