George Brown - C1880 - North England

Please help me go back another generation

George Brown was born around 1880 in the north of England, he was a painter and decorator and at some point moverd to London.

He married Margaret Wallace (born 1885) and had two Children, George Brown C1916 and Magaret Brown C1918.

His middle name may have been William.

Hi Stephen,

I checked FreeBMD and found a record of a marriage between George Brown and Margaret Wallace December Quarter 1915 Islington.

Maybe if you can get a copy of the marriage certificate it may help with name of father and mother etc.

Just a suggestion.
