Trying to find Burke

I would like to trace the origins of one of my great grandfathers. He was John Burke and when in his forties, in 1881, was living in Llanreath, Pembroke Dock, Wales with his wife Annie. He came from Cork. His wife, Anne, (nee Creation or Crehan) came from Clare. They had six children, Winifred, John, Anorah, Ellen, Michael and Mary. Winifred was my grandmother. Any help would be appreciated. TEresa O'Brien
