Trying to find information on my grandmother's family. Lily Catherine Cameron was born in 1905 in Glasgow. Her parents were Angus Cameron and Catherine Finlay. She was the youngest of of the following brothers: Alexander, Angus, Gilbert, Duncan and John. The family story says that Lily was disowned by her family when she married my grandfather Joseph McGinty. They had one child Joseph Alexander McGinty (my father). Lily died in 1938 when my dad was 11 years old. Joseph McGinty married Flora after Lily's death. Any information on this family would be much appreciated. Chris |
