I am looking for any information on an Elizabeth Cameron who had children taken from her in the early 1950's.I believe she was a traveller in the Ayrshire area.Her children were Duncan Cameron,Elizabeth Brown,Peter Brown,George Brown,and twins Ann and Douglasina Brown.I think there is another brother whose name I do not know.Peter Brown is whom Elizabeth married but I do not believe they were together when the children were removed from her care.My mother Ann has the middle name of Watson and my aunt has the middle name of McIntyre,which could be of significance. Ann and Douglasina have always remained close but it was only 12 years ago that they met their brothers George and Peter.Any information would be greatly appreciated. |
