I'm trying to find any information on Frederick Carter born in Violet Town Australia and Catherine Smith (or Schmidt) born in Ballarat. My great Grand mother Kathleen Emily Carter was their daughter born 1898 in Wangaratta. She died when my Grandfather was two. He has no other info into his mother's family. I really need help!!
