Isaac was a shepherd from Imber Wiltshire.He was married to Ann Carr & then to Elizabeth Early. He was born C 1803 & there are some who think his father was a William Carter c 1743 of Chawton, Hampshire (Wife Sarah).I can't find any records of him Can any body help?
